I purchased both A320 & 737 add ons. My entire process has been the best. Support was quick to respond. took about a week for me to get my product (great turnarounds time) and even to top if off- i was able to get expert level assistance and support. I ran into set up issues support team was able to help me analyze it, isolate, and ultimately find the missing pieces from my main bravo set. (Which i didnt know i had.) They could have easily told me to contact honeycomb for assistance with their product but they did not and helped as much as they could. It only speaks to the level of product and care for the customer experience. When we purchase these addons all we want to be able to do is plug em up and play. When things dont go as smoothly to be able to have a company walk you through everything speaks volumes. So for me i will deff be using prodesksim products way more often. And im super thankful.

This well thought-out and well made add-on works perfectly for the E-Jets Family by X-Crafts on my Honeycomb Bravo in X-Plane 12. I bonded switches 1& 2 to "hold reverse thrust max" for each engine, and it works perfectly, as do the Auto throttle and TOGA switches when bound to the proper XP commands. My only criticism is that ProDeskSim could be more proactive in communicating shipping delays. This is my 3rd order from PDS, and I'm very satisfied.

an airline pilot myself The throttles that came with the Bravo were honestly pathetically tiny. The only thing I wish was a little bigger was the speed brake handle on the 737 add on, but other than that… this is purely Jeditastic!!!

I was really sad that such an addon is not included in VelocityOne Flight as standard. It changes dramatically the whole experience. Good quality and fitting (detents in right spots, however 'arm spoilers' detent is usless as it's impossible to bind it with actual arm spoilers function). Order to EU took 5 weeks. Great job!

I bought the original 737 package for my Bravo TQ about a year ago and it has a huge improvement in realism over the original levers from Honeycomb. The parts are very good quality, and the service is just top-notch. When I broke my flap lever (because I dropped my TQ - not a problem with the part) Prodesksim support responded incredibly fast and generously to send me a replacement part. I cannot recommend this company enough!
