Shipping policy

Unless otherwise noted within the product page, all items will be shipped and delivered before the indicated date in your order confirmation email.. We work with DHL, USP and USPS and use the selected delivery company of your choice. The actual transit times after the package is shipped from our warehouse will depend on which shipping service you have selected and other factors such as customs release times for international shipments.

For international shipping, USPS is the preferred carrier followed by UPS and DHL. Tracking information will be provided when the product ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If you are outside of the United States, there may be VATs, import taxes, and/or other fees applicable at the customs of your country and per your regional laws. We are not responsible for such charges and they are payable by the customer only. You are obliged to confirm whether the purchased products are permitted to be imported to your country under the relevant import laws and regulations .Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.
