Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To request a return, please contact us at: info@prodesksim.com.com with proof of purchase to obtain an RMA and return instructions. No return will be accepted without an RMA. Without receiving an RMA and instructions Please do not mail any product as your package will be denied. The condition of the items being returned must be in new condition. Once your return is approved, you have to return your package within 14 days of the return approval. If you fail to do so, we will reject your return and you will not receive a refund.

The shipping cost to return the items is customer's responsibility. Once we receive the items and upon inspection a full refund of the order will be issued. In case of a defective product, we will send you a replacement part free of charge during the return period. Thank you

Cancellation

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only within 24 hours of order placement and confirmation. We cannot cancel order beyond 24 hours from the order confirmation. 
Warranty

Introducing our 6 months no question asked replacement warranty. Only pay for the shipping!
Currently we offer a 14 day no question asked return. Beyond the 14 days we will extend a replacement offer for any reason your ProDeskSim product breaks or stops functioning. All you need to do is pay for the replacement shipping. Shipping will be a flat rate of $10 for US customers and $25 USD for international customers.

Sales and Price adjustment

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 10 days of your purchase date, we are happy to offer a store credit for the price difference. To request a price adjustment, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the price change within the 10-day window.

Please note that price adjustments are provided in the form of store credit only, and certain promotions such as flash sales or clearance events may be excluded from this policy.
